Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Humpback Whale Specialty Coffee, Türkenstraße 84a, Amalienpassage, 80799 München, Germany, [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
