Yirgacheffe usually means blueberries — this one goes a different way. A Special Prep lot from the Chelchele washing station, where only the ripest cherries make the cut. The cup shows it: apple blossom, jasmine, soft cooked peach, bright and floral. Sunny is the only word for it.
